This recently completed project involved the total strip out and re-modelling of a 9th floor apartment in Marsham Street, originally converted in 1992 from Westminster Hospital nurse’s home.

The brief was to create a luxury two bedroom apartment in the heart of Westminster as the London base for an international couple.Electric underfloor heating and an upgraded air coolant system was installed. The ceiling was taken up to the soffit above exposing the concrete beams of the building's structure. The increase in height has greatly improved the feeling of space in the flat.
