ARTHUR 

 

This project was unusual for us in that we undertook the work in collaboration with the owner/architect. 

 

The work involved the demolition of an existing rear garden building and the addition of a new basement and upper storey with a new terrace overlooking St George's Gardens, Bloomsbury. Listed Building consent was granted in 2013 and the project was completed in early 2015.
