The project involved a complete refurbishment of a mid 19th century 6 storey grade II listed property located in the Royal Borough of Kensington.  

 

The property is within the Thurloe Estate & Smith’s Charity Conservation Area which required detailed submission of design proposals to be submitted for approval prior to work commencing 

​

The planning consent was approved for a new two storey brick rear extension with black Crittall windows and a new glazed closet wing with patent glazed and leads roofs.

 

The dining room walls were lined in a unique Delft tile inspired art work by the artist Richard Woods. 

 

The kitchen, bathrooms and built in joinery were all bespoke designed to the clients exacting requirements.
